The fabulous Kinalma Bashman tells all.. Life and Supersuccess.

She`s talented, beautiful and outspoken! Former Lotto Lady Kinalma Bashman spoke to Supersuccess and told all! This is how it went:

1. From childhood to present day, tell us about Kinalma Bashman?

Well, Kinalma Bashman is an outspoken, carefree, decisive loyal in character 25 year old lady. Very goal driven! Originally from the Eastern Cape in port Elizabeth but has been residing in Joburg for the past five years. My mother was my first teacher, literally and figuratively! I left P.E at the beginning of 2006, two weeks before I was to start my last year towards a National Diploma in Journalism at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. I`ve always loved working and earning and never held just one job! This has been my life since I left Matric to date!

2. You`re in the entertainment industry professionaly, how do you maintain the balance between you daily schedule and your spirituality?

I grew up e Wesile (at the Wesley church) and my mom ngu mama we bhatyi! My knowledge of God was enlightened there, in Sunday school. However, as I grew older and had a little more understanding and opinions, I stopped attending there purely because of the apparel dictations. I looked around till I found my spiritual home at the Grace Bible church. As a professional, my work is contradictory to the fore! I freelance, which means I have a few jobs that dont always need me consistantly at the same time. This brings a lot of instability on the work front. I`ve learnt to do my best at a particular job, at a time and when it ends, move on. Because I live by faith, the instability of the entertainment industry has not dettered my continuing on this path. The financial snags have not lessened the drive nor the passion for what I do! I have a very supportive family and live with the knowledge that God will never lead you to where His grace will never protect you! I am found at almost every 9am Sunday service soaking up God`s word and teachings. I try very hard to keep them and live by them!

3. 2010 was undoubtedly a good year for S.A, your personal highlights?

2010 was a year and a half! I recieved one of the biggest jobs in my television presenting career: Hosting the National Lottery draws and a Lotto gameshow called "What if tonight is your night?". I also got a contract to be the voice of SABC Sports in all their English line-up broadcasts and continue to do that.
If I were to count all the job opportunities in this year alone, I`d never finish really!
I found love, I lost love. Formed much more friendships! Family bonds got stronger, so it was a great year!

4. What are you looking forward to in the new year, career and otherwise?

More laughter, love and happiness! More opprtunities, hopefully another great gig in front of the camera! More voice-over work and growth in general! I`ll be 26 soon and I only hope I`ll be blessed with more wisdom and a while longer on this earth to fullfill my purpose!

5. Supersuccess to you is?

What happens the instant one understands their strengths and weaknesses and how to work around them for advancement!

YOUNG, TALENTED AND READY TO TAKE OVER! Radio personality Motseki Mabuya speaks to Supersuccess.

  1. From childhood to present day, tell us about yourself.

Born in Qwaqwa (Eastern Free State). Second born from a family of four. Was raised by his grandmother until matric. The only thing that he knew was he was going to be a soccer star. In 2003 went to Jomo Cosmos and trialed for the youth development side but things dint work out for him. And Radio became his second love.
When I'm not on radio visits schools, churches, youth centers and prisons to deliver inspirational talks.
Through my work on radio and community involvement I have founded Motseki Mabuya Foundation
I'm also the MD of Moqhaka promotions and Entertainment. And the CEO of Eagle motivation company.
My motto: If it is impossible, let’s do it.

    2. You also do philanthropic work. Tell us more about the Motseki
    Mabuya Foundation?

We established the Foundation in 2008 as a vehicle of giving back to the society on behalf of my radio programmes. The foundation is also a tool for youth development,
We strive to become a beacon of hope in all our work by exceeding all expectations and reaching new frontiers.

    3. 2010 was undoubtedly a good year for the country, your personal highlights?

Being part of the 50th Anniversary of Sharpville Massacre celebrations, going back on radio was undoubtedly the best, stretching myself as an entrepreneur and of course the soccer world cup matches was definitely the height of our country.

    4. What are you looking forward to in the new year, career and otherwise?

I'm totally excited about 3 things: Launching of Tlhohonolofatso Motseki Mabuya as the motivational teacher.
And most importantly the official launch of Motseki Mabuya Foundation and lastly growing The Brand MOTSEKI.

    5. What, according to you, do Supersuccessful people know that
    ordinary folk don't?

Just one line: Supersuccessful people discuss ideas and ordinary folks discuss things and people.

    6. Your message to S.A?

We are living in the best time ever. A country with too many opportunities especially for the youth. And all I know is the world stand aside for the man who knows where he is going.
