Phenomenal, Driven, Going Places Fast! Meet Adoword!

She is a motivational speaker, television presenter, friend to the Supersuccess family! This here is the epitomy of young and gifted! Having her as a friend in my life has been more than a blessing! When you hear this phrase "where there`s a wheel, there`s a way..." you know that the indestructible Adoword is in the building!

She took some time out to discuss some of her heart`s fondest thoughts, and this is a Supersuccess exclusive:

Q:   Where were you born?

I’m a young Zulu lady who was born in Venda, Tshilidzini hospital to be exact. No my parents weren’t on vacation, my mama is Venda and daddy Zulu, infact when people ask what nationality I am, I always confidently respond “ZuVe” or”VeZu” you choose.

Q:   Where did you go to school?

I moved a lot when I was younger, so I did my primary school in Zakarriyya What did you want to be when you were little?

Iyoh, I changed from chemical scientist to actuaries to a point where I had no idea, then I found myself studying law, and now… lol well here I am, in a career I would have least expected. But I realized that I’ve been working towards it all my life even though I didn’t realize it.
Q:  What did you want to be when you were little?

Q: Tell us about your family while growing up (parents, siblings etc)

I was the only child for a very long time; my cousins were my siblings especially since I spent some years living with my gran in Limpopo. Then I just had to ask God for a little sister and BOOM, 11yrs after me, my little sister was born, then three yrs later my other sister was born. We have such a huge age gap, that they make me feel like a young mother. I love my babies so much. My parents, WOW, I believe I’ve got the wisest parents alive, more than anything I wish to adopt their effective good decision making skills.

Q:  Are you musical? What is your favourite music?

Oh my I just love good music, I’m not picky when it comes to genres, but I must say my ultimate fav would be fusion, soul, jazz, gospel, soft rock hip hop lol ok ok I think iv named a little too much now.
Q:  Who is your inspiration and why?

Gees, I’m inspired by way to many ppl and all for different reasons. But I can be specific in these two: firstly all the spiritual leaders in my life, because of how they value souls, people and life, and how they have become so selfless and have surrendered theE4$R@=EQ@p.m!PMI=lP
v$o"goal is to be just like Him.

Q:  On a lighter note, who are your favourite actors and actresses?

Definately Anthony Hopkins, then locally I love Katlego Danke and Brenda Ngxoli, and I could not forget Amanda Khumalo, she specialized in theatre work but I think she is the MOST TALENTED ACTRESS in the world.

Q: What do you do in your leisure time?

Sho do I even have leisure time lol kidding, I enjoy poetry so reading writing or watching poets would do. I am also a growing reader, I wasn’t a fan of reading but now, I have discovered the secret of reading! Then music and movies and chilling with loved and watching House, NCIS or any of the CSI series, Monk, and if I remember to catch it any show that displays and celebrates talent such as America’s Best Dance Crew, SA got talent, One Day Leader, Idols and the likes.

Q:  You seem like a grounded individual, what do know is ‘for sure’ in life?

GOD! Period! All may waver, nothing may be is certain, BUT GOD was and is, and will always be. PERIOD!

Q:  If you were granted three wishes what would they be?

To have finished school a long time ago hahaha. To have a wheelchair friendly world, wow that wouldn’t be far from heaven I tell you.  To be the great influence/ inspiration that I know I can be at this very moment!

Q:  Tell us about your motivational speaking and the  Project Black Pride.

Well, growing as a speaker means me being able to reach out to more people pushing them to realize their God given abilities and to transform lives. Black Pride is about developing the society or communities around us by dealing with certain social ills. So all in all my projects are about injecting a positive energy into the people of this country and generating a more effective lifestyle for the individual.

Q:  Now we never let our guests go without asking them this question, how would you define Supersuccess and do you think you have achieved it?

Supersuccess is a journey, where one is excellently living, learning, growing and enjoying the everyday/life; and working towards leaving a legacy on earth. Supersuccess is having identified ones purpose and living in it. I believe I have achieved it, if not; I’m just a step away.

Happy birthday Number One Maestro!

He is the brains behind Supersuccess networks, a force to be reckoned with in transformational speaking... And he is celebrating his birthday along with all the phenomenal women of the land! Here are a few thoughts from the man himself:

Q: You have achieved a lot in a short space of time, how has this impacted on your view on life?
Tumi: All that I have is entrusted to me by God. Not much has changed really, I have always been Supersuccess in my mind, I first had a taste of this concept in my grade 11 at high school and that's a while back!

Q: Your one secret to Supersuccess?
Tumi: Do you really wanna know? Hahaha... God, simple!!

Q: Tell us a little on your growing and how God was part of the picture?
Tumi: Oh man, how do I start? I'll start in Grade 8 (first year of high school) I was what we called the 'nzeni-boy' which loosely translates the boy who sells sweets! I was an entrepeneur already and didn't know it, grew up much quicker than my peers as I believed there just should be more to life beyond the borders of the Vaal! So God had already started preparing me then for what I'm doing now! Grew up knowing that 'I authi iya phanda' (a man seeks hard his resources) and that was what pushed a lot of my ventures! God always had a way of pushing me toward what would eventually grew me! I hated public speaking in high school, only joined in my matric year because seemingly the debate guys got more recognition and street cred! So tried it out and in the same year won my school 3 regional top places and won various other top speaker awards... See what I mean? God!

Q: And what's your wish for this special day?
Tumi: That my presence may be a blessing to another that's all!

Tumi's mother had a few words for this young man: "may you grow bigger my boy! You are now far ahead of most of the people you grew up around, just make sure that as you go further, you respect those at the ground! We'll love you and pray for you!"
